Can I customize packaging boxes and paper bags?
Yes, we are happy to customize paper boxes/paper bags. We can help to check the packaging size/material according to your products. We’ll work as your assistant and partner concerning paper packaging .
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As there is basic charge during each production process, the packaging price fluctuates with the quantity sharply. The lower the quantity the higher the price . In order to be cost-effective, we set a MOQ of 500-1000 according to size/color.
Can the packaging box tote bag be customized with our logo?
Of course! We’ll make layout for your approval when you supply your logo/text to print in AI/PDF/EPS/High sulution PNG. We can also supply more processing solutions such as foil stamping ,deboss, emboss, silk screen printing, spot UV,etc.
Can you provide free samples? How much is the sample fee?
We’ll always make a pre-production sample free and send the photos/video for approval before bulk production.
If you want to start from a sample order, we’ll ask you to share about 1/3 of the real sample charge first. In the bulk, we’ll refund the sample charge when the order amount is above USD3000.

Different materials can be combined to meet various structural and cost requirements. For example, rigid boxes are typically made with a sturdy grey board , wrapped with coated paper or specialty paper to achieve a premium finish.
Can you produce eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We offer eco-friendly packaging using recyclable, biodegradable, and FSC-certified materials. Food-grade and soy/vegetable ink printing options are also available. FSC certificates can be provided if needed.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
Yes, we are ISO 9001 certified. Our production follows strict quality management standards to ensure stable quality and reliable delivery for every order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with our own production facility.
You are welcome to visit our factory or arrange a video call for inspection anytime.
Do you have ready stock available? Can we purchase directly without customization?
We mainly customize and there is no available packaging in stock. But we have available material in stock and we can accomplish the bulk very fast. For most of the goods we’ll finish within 2 weeks. If you are in urgent need , we can rush and rush in shorter days.
